new sleek kit

nice design
i think you should make it an option for the customer if they want strobes, fogs, or turns. i think that would give more customization for 7 owners to feel more one of a kind
also the possibility to pick different housing colors
i hope the prototype comes out nice
to twincharged rx7, just buy a h3 55w 6000k hid kit from ebay. hook up the power, ground it and plug it to the ballast and youre good to go. makes a huge lighting difference

as far as a fog light goes, that isn't doable without a lot of modification to the car. but if got another product up my sleeve for that one any how.
the housing (im assuming your referring to the fiberglass piece), will come unpainted. i considered offering a painted option, but due to any number of factors there is a good chance the paint wouldn't match the car. so rather than have people pissed because the color doesn't match i feel its best to get it paint when you have the car for a reference.

it isnt ready yet, and im not yet a sponsor, so i can't give a precise price. but it will be comparable to other replica kits. but the lighting is exponentially better, as well as exponentially more expensive. but that just translates to less profit for me.
I will be getting back to it soon, once i have the sleepy eye kit rollin' (which will be very soon. i will use it to fund this one. and long story short i have more free time for a bit.

i didn't seriously look at it. i had considered rings or (audi style) leds, but ultimately decided against it. my reasoning was that i wanted something that everyone would like, and decided to focus on shaping rather than extras. my goal was to design something that was equally elegant to the fd its self. i didnt want something that would draw attention away from the car, but rather complimented it.
i also felt that leaving it "a blank slate" would allow individuals to personalize them.
finally, it is already enough of a project and didnt want to mess with it.
if it is any consolation the LED fixture that is the auxiliary light, will be able to be wired in your preferred way. IE DRL, turn signal, parking lamp, etc. in addition there will be several color options.
