Introducing Rx7Boutique.com, a new JDM RX7 importer

Hey guys,

As some of you know I have been importing some pretty rare items from Japan for forum members for the past view months. After recent experiences, I have decided to become a vendor and do it full time. I have done over a 100 transactions here on the forum, and I go above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% happy, A LOT of people can testify to this. I also do not mind PMing about parts and helping you find JDM parts. Rx7 Boutique will NEVER charge you to inquire or put a deposit down on an item unless it is available. The website, rx7boutique.com, gives a rough idea of a source time and prices. The source times are estimates, they could be available now or could take several months, but again you do not pay anything until the item is available.

I would suggest reading through the FAQ and Order Process page to learn more about us. I would really appreciate any feedback on the website, if pricing seems off please let me know. There are some really great deals in the interior, suspension and exhaust section. It is hard for us to price competitively on heavy or large items as they have to go via Fedex. We are looking into buying a container to help alleviate shipping costs on large items. Here is what makes us unique:

1. We GUARANTEE a 24 hour response on all inquiries, whether it be a forum PM or an inquiry through the website. If you do not receive a response, you will get a 10% discount on your ENTIRE ORDER.
2. Rx7 Boutique does not require any form of payment until the item is actually available. So you will not pay for an item and then wait three months.
3. After your first payment, we guarantee your item to your door in 45 days or you will receive a 10% discount.
4. We keep you updated with automatic updates from EMS and Fedex so you know exactly where your package is.
5. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable and can assist you in finding any part you desire. Our website is only a small glimpse of what we can get, as listing all the products would take forever.
6. If a problem does arise, or you are not satisfied, we will work with you to make you happy, we will never avoid your phone calls or e-mails.
7. We can order practically any parts from Japan, whether it be automotive parts for non-fds or just Japanese collectibles. Send us an e-mail at info@rx7boutique.com

This is with no negative intention to other forum vendors, but just an alternative. For those of you who know me, they can attest to my LOVE for the fd, and my knowledge for the JDM RX7 after-market parts.

Here is what I need from you guys. A critique of the website would be great, if you see something that is not priced correctly, has a wrong msrp or any error please let me know. I am no java or website expert, so the website is not visually exciting, but I think it gets the point across. Also, if you have bought anything from me in the past I would really appreciate it if you could send me pictures of your car and info so I can add it to the customers gallery. Rx7 Boutique looks forward to a great future and helping make your JDM fantasy a reality. Be sure to check the website weekly as we will be adding parts daily.

Now for some eye candy, here are some parts I have imported for customers.
Mazda Speed Down pipe

Bnib mazda speed lsd 2 way

Autoexe intake

Mazda Speed Bspec coilovers

mazda speed r spec

feed ti-r

Knight Sports dual tip exhaust

Sincerely,
Bryan Pacana / Owner - Rx7 Boutique

I wish you the best of luck, seriously. Seems like you went straight for some of the negative FDNewbie Imports experiences with your promises, and I applaud that, but also hope you don't dig a hole for yourself off the bat. Operating this type of business has inherent obstacles.

While you may have more success than others with importation and shipping time frames, especially if this is your only job, I still feel you may suffer some loss with your "don't pay until the part is here" strategy. The RX7 market is youthful, and young peoples' financial situations can change extremely quickly. Someone who writes to you asking for Spirit R seats sayings they're guaranteeing to buy them could easily back out once they're in stock since they haven't put anything down. Meanwhile you've used your own capitol to buy and ship the seats and now you're sitting on inventory that you may have trouble selling.

Also, I would suggest trying to limit the forms of communication you use to take orders. While PM's are great for questions & quotes, taking orders off the forum when you have a website will create some confusion. I'd recommend making all official orders being placed from one central form on the website.

Otherwise the website looks good! Good luck, always good to have another RX7 Vendor.

I should clarify that, I will not buy the item until it becomes available. I will not purchase the item until I am paid. To further explain.
1. Buyer says they want spirit r-seats
2. Takes 2 months for me to find a set.
3. Buyer pays me for spirit r seats
4. I pay buyer in japan for spirit r seats

Compared to paying me now for the seats, then sourcing them. It reduces liability on both sides, and refrains my liability from "window shoppers". Thank you for your input, that is exactly what I need.

Also, if anyone needs any tutorials hosted, shoot me a PM.

One last thing I forgot to mention, is that we can bid on items and ship items from Yahoo Japan auctions.

As a personal friend to Bryan, I am really pleased to see that he has made his RX7 passion a reality and is truly serious about his business. He is a highly intelligent individual and has the drive to keep everyone pleased and be successful at the same time.

With that being said, I hold the highest respect for him in the RX7 community. As a matter of fact, the exterior of my car was basically influenced by him. My new look will be documented in the next couple of weeks.

I will be using his services for a lot of my parts and I am confident in saying that he will and has been reliable for everything I've needed. He's got an awesome car and even better parts to back it.

A+ for you Bryan. Best of luck with everything in the future and if you need anything at all, I'm here to help. Hopefully we can work together on some of our interests.

To everyone else.... don't hesitate to use his services

Best regards,
Alex Abernathy

Best of luck in your future ventures. The MAZDASPEED R-Spec, if memory serves me correctly, is one of the most sought after front ends out there. Good luck keeping that one that you pictured in stock...

I was fortunate enough to catch a hell of a deal from Bryan on the ARC exhaust.

Not only did he hook me up on a steal, he is always willing to answer any questions I may have, help me source parts, recommend better parts, and all of which is done in a timely manner. The majority of companies I've done business with takes 3-4days per inquiry (if that), but Bryan has always responded to me within a day! This kind of service is unparalleled.

All in all, I plan on doing all my business with Bryan in the future, and I'd highly recommend others to do the same.

Best of luck Bryan, though I'm sure with this kind of service, luck won't be necessary.

Glad to see things are up and running Bryan! Looks great! I would actually advise not to put up that 24hr guarantee (eventhough you always seem to reply within 12hrs), I mean you never know when unexpected delays turn up, so even 48 hours would be a GREAT response time. But if 24 hrs can be done, then go ahead and swing for the fences, lol.

And for what it's worth, I would absolutely personally vouch for this guy and the service he provides. I was referred to him by a friend who bought a very nice and very rare FD part for a very reasonable price. I'm currently having him source a few parts and his response times really are very fast. On top of that, Bryan showed me examples of parts that I didn't even know existed for the RX7 and made suggestions in the most knowledgable and professional manner. And if there's a part that for whatever reason he can't find cheaper, he will recommend buying it somewhere else. This is how customer service and business should be done. But don't take my word for it, find out for yourself.

Okay, so I woke up with 25PM's this morning, wow. In all honestly, I do enjoy and look forward to talking and finding parts. So, where some people may find it as a pain, I quite enjoy it. I would also like to thank everyone who was kind enough to take time out of their day to support Rx7 Boutique, you guys are too kind.

Last thing, the pictures above are items I have brought over for customers and are not for sale. I currently have in stock / for sale: red feed cluster (Super super super super rare and discontinued), 99 spec mazda speed cluster, defi bf gauges, re-amemiya twin dolphin tail ss exhaust, feed downpipe, and damaged mazdaspeed wing.

Hey Bryan, I'm not sure where you need the container, but I can get containers here in California. (Bay Area, San Francisco or Sacramento) I know From Japan they usually go to AK then here to CA. Not sure if you're trying to ship around the Panama Canal, it gets pricy.

They Range from:
20' or 40' long
8' wide
8.5' high

Starting price is around $2800, but can give you a phone number to get a better quote. I'll also need to know where you want the container shipped as well. I can do local deliveries here in California.

Good luck with the business. Shoot me a pm, I might be able to give you a number of someone in Florida as well.

Correct, it will be an additional charge to ship to the UK. It can be quite expensive on large and heavy items.

wow, very cool. I always liked that cluster. Hey man , wish you the best as well. The rx-7 community needs more venders and support. You seem to have some great items so far, so keep up the good work. As long as you have great customer service you will do just fine. Without great customer service, your time in buisness will be short. I know you will be fine. Goodluck!
