Question

Heath, I've finally got round to properly aligning my lights from the second run but can't get better than this. Any thoughts on how I can sort this? The first ones were fine and overlapped properly.

Make sure the connector isnt contacting the back of the bucket (that there is enough clearance with material removed). The beam of the two lights only lines up at one particular distance, anything closer and you will see two beams. The standard is 25ft (hence the aiming guide asks them to be aimed together at 25ft). It's really not as important as setting the height. If I recall correctly your car was in an accident with the first set and this is a second set of lights? You may want to adjust the mounting bolts on the headlight buckets if they were not re-installed properly... hopefully it's not frame damage or anything like that from the accident. There are a couple bolts holding in the entire headlight assembly but honestly if the body lines are aligned I'd just get it as close as possible, the height is more important.

Your lights have already shipped, you should have received an email from fedex with a tracking number to the email you paypaled us from. Please shoot us a PM if you still haven't received them... could be delayed because of the holidays, I'm not sure?
