If you guys don't mind a quick aside...
I've got a carbon hood that I believe should fit one of these kits (Logan if you could chime in, that would be great). It already has the square hole cut out in the size/location of the v-mount intercooler (Pictured on page 6 of this thread). I am located in 19382, and would like to sell to someone willing to meet within a reasonable distance. Please PM me to discuss details.
Logan, if you'd like this post deleted, let me know.

Clearance issue
So after getting everything installed, it seems my combination of turbo manifold (DOC race) and this v-mount kit have left me with too little space between the turbo and the radiator/intercooler to fit a filter on so I'm going to have to sell the kit. If anyone is wating for this kit, I can sell it to you for what I paid (free shipping).
I've had the following done for my kit:
Koyo N-Flow Radiator
Tow Hook Modification (works with the Rennmetal front tow hook)
You'll still need a hot side pipe (can purchase one from Logan or have one fabbed locally I assume).
PM me if anyone is interested.

Yeah that wont fit. Some people say the intercooler we are using is too small, others want something smaller lol. We can get a 15" wide core intercooler, and only one bracket would need to be modified. I guess if there is a interest in a narrow core setup we could make that as a option.

In regards to v-mounts and single turbos
I took pics of our V-mount kit last week with a TO4Z turbo mounted on a HKS style manifold. It has over 6.5" of clearance between the front of the turbo and back of intercooler. Some people have contacted me saying they heard our kit doesn't work with single turbos, on all the ones we have installed here its fine. Some strange manifolds like renkenkyo DOC manifold must shove the turbo up 4 more inches or something. I would recommend the HKS style so a real v-mount can be used, as opposed to a 7 mount type that cant be ducted. A blown engine is pricey. So that is the update with clearance.
Second, we are no longer going to take orders on these V-mounts. There is only two of us that run everything in the shop, and our suppliers cant seem to get us the parts consistently. I feel that these long waits are only killing our pretty much flawless reputation and its simply not worth the headaches. Getting angry/ upset customers on a weekly basis is too much to handle. I will update this thread when production will start again
Hope everyone who has received our kit is enjoying it!
Once we have time, in the near future the kits will be pre-built and on the shelf before we take orders. So a two day wait will be standard. It just takes a good amount of capital on our end to invest.
I will keep you guys posted, sorry to the new guys inquiring about the v-mounts :/

FYI I have the Defined v-mount, a modified eBay manifold and an XS?Garrett T04S and I have roughly 5" between the compressor inlet and the intercooler. I easily got the "shorty" K&N filter on there (4" inlet, 3.5" overall length).
