Ready to buy a set. I want to buy these lights to upgrade from oem. I have LED headlights and fog lights, factory from chevy in my Silverado and they are tremendously bright. It’s almost like a solar flare driving down the roads at night.

I'll buy a set of your castings, then I can put them together with LED bulbs. Probably wont will look as good as yours, but I can try!

This seems very interesting. I understand why you would shut down the idea of doing a GB, especially when this is just a side gig for you. However, I'd love to get my hands on a set of these, and therefore will be holding out on the SBG set. Thanks, and hope all is going well!!

Don't hold your breath, it has been a year since this thread was started with no progress.
LED headlights are a 15 year old technology at this point.
SBG HID kits have been in use for 10 years, minimal issues except the complaint previously stated about "cutoff".

Believe it or not, I am still progressing forward on these. In fact I was just testing one of the sets in my car last night to double check the aiming and validate my process for cutting the housings. Things have been extremely slow, mainly due to the fact that I took on the project of building another FD for a friend of mine.

That being said, it looks like I am most likely only going to offer 4 sets for sale. The molds are showing wear and I ended up scrapping a good bit of expensive resin because the container cracked and air got to it. I admit that these are far more work than I had ever expected, and casting resin is far more difficult to do consistently than I thought it would be.

Also I should mention that Zepticon is in possession of a set, as he was going to be the beta tester. I don't know if he has had any time with them behind the wheel yet though.

I think hands down its one of the purchases i am most pleased with on my FD. Its up there with OEM **** like 99-spec wing and Spirit-R leather.
Well made, well thought out, and the Light output is amazing compared to the stock lights.

I’d love a set but my priorities are pointing in a different direction right now. Maybe you’d consider selling the design to one of our larger distributors?

Any updates on this? I'd be very interested in this as well if it makes install easier than an HID setup.

Post 130 on 1/12/20, he’s making 4 and that’s about it so I would guess it’s he’s not making more.

I know there's no plan to make more, but just wanted to chime in and say I love the kit. Thanks @AZieger for making this awesome kit.

This product that Z Precision made is phenomenal quality. The LEDs are Super bright from switching my lows to Highs when I drive at night. I can actually see now and be seen by other drivers.
