CF trunk for verts?

If this turns out as good as it should, I may be switching my project to a vert...

Man that's tempting, though couple of questions:

1. Can you make them without the 3rd brake light?

2. Are they gonna come without the mounting holes (as pictured aboved) where the "Mazda" and "RX7" emblems normally go?

yes they will come shaved, im sure people can either drill the holes or use double sided tape to put the emblems back on.
Thanks

Ah man, that may be the deal breaker I really want a shaved trunk and a CF shaved trunk would be savage, no way you could do it? Even for extra $$$?

Dude he would have to make you a totally different mold. It is good enough they are making these in and of themselves considering the time and effort to make the mold.

Nevermind, just read his response. I myself have a vert with a CF rear diffuser and CF seats and CF interior accents and this would be perfect. What is price looking like on these?

Nevermind. I need to read threads before making dumbass posts. $475 plus shipping. Hmm. I think I am going to get one and add a GT CF wing to it and fix my stock one so I can change flavors whenever I want.

I should have read the whole post before commenting. The reason I say this is because I do composite parts and many people dont understand that making a one off part means making a one off mold which is the most expensive part and much more than you would be willing to spend, unless you just modified one and then painted over it and in CF that pretty much defies the purpose unless he made you one from CF.
