Bought a set of 20b turbos, manifold and downpipe for $65 shipped. Looks like the small turbo has the wastegate welded shut and the same was done on the manifold. My FD friend said it's a non-sequential mod. Would have been nice to know beforehand, but still worth my time and money for the downpipe.

Good seller overall, but please doublecheck things like this next time. Also, you need to pack them better too. The box they arrived in had zero padding in it and the contents had punched holes in it. Fortunately, the turbos survived intact and spin freely with no discernible shaft play or damage.

First time's on me, so no foul on you. Just make sure you pack them better and watch the description next time.
