Ray Crowe - Mazda man

Ray Crowe - Mazda man
There is no doubt the man behind the parts that keeps our FDs running is Ray Crowe. You can't beat him and his prices. He works hard to keep us supplied. Who else can bring out Mazda stock numbers from memory like this guy. Who else has the part every time? And the guy is hard to beat, an honest nice guy.
Therefore I say that the Malloy management should hand the guy one BIG Kudos !!! Give him another week paid vacation, he deserves it...
Mods, move it to the lounge if you wish, but this forum is where Ray Crowe is the solution more times than I can remember.

Actually you should give the management of the dealership some of the credit. They're willing to layout the $$$ to stock the inventory for a car that's been discontinued more than a decade. Some of those parts, having been paid for, could sit on the shelf for months, or maybe longer.

Definitely, Ive been helped out by Malloy more than once. They've got great prices and got me the parts fast. I've never actually gotten Ray when I call though, he's always unavailable when I call.

I've sat on hold for Ray for quite a while a couple times. The guy is awesome, and couldn't be nicer! Kudos to him and the dealership, finally I have a parts source on the east coast.

Either way, you get it fast, accurate, and cheap.

I won't let go
I think over the last couple of months I've talked to him about twice a week...so it seemed.
He's always on the ball and is very happy to help you out. I met him a couple of years ago while we were all freezing our collective asses off at RR in '05.
So + a google plex to Ray for keeping our obsessions alive and well.

i called up Ray for some prices a couple days ago. while i was on the phone with him i asked if he had set any kind of records for sales. he laughed and said he wasn't the top seller, but was somewhere in the top 20 in the country. anyway yeah, Ray's good people.

HOLY crap!! i just called up to order some parts from him. he was awsome as usual. i forgot to order a clutch alignment tool. call him back up ask him for one. he tells me he only sells them in his clutch kits. immediately i think, great im going to have to go somewhere else. he then quickly replies, you know what, i think i have a couple alignment tools at home in tool box, ill go home and throw it in with your order for free...(for free!!!) talk about going out of your way for your customers! at any rate, he has my vote for sure.
