I thought I'd add one more post to the hundreds of posts saying how good it is to order parts through Ray. I ordered some door handles and a few other parts through him about 1.5 weeks ago. Talking to him on the phone I swear he knows every single part on the FD by heart. He was able to tell me which interior parts were no longer available, and what the cost of the parts were that I needed without even looking them up. I was very impressed with his knowledge, especially since I'm used to dealing with parts counter guys that don't know anything about the parts they sell. Anyways, he did flub a bit and my order was forgotten about. I didn't see a charge on my account for a week so I called to find out the status. He admitted they made a mistake and had had the parts for atleast a few days. This impressed me because most people seem to want to make excuses and pass on the blame as a matter of course. What was really impressive was that I talked to him on Wednesday late afternoon and my parts showed up at my door the next morning! He had payed to have them shipped overnight AM delivery. On top of that he gave me a break and charged me less for the parts than he quoted me. Anyways, long story short, Ray is "The Man."
