I purchased a set of s5 tails from Kevyn. I asked him to include the center plate portion if he had it, and he gladly did.

The package arrived in a timely manner. He had great communication. I told him to ship them after a storm passed the area. The items were packages extremely well, and the box had fragile all over it.

The tails arrived with two chips, one in each tail. My guess is that Fedex ignored the fragile stickers and put another, heavier box in top of it.

Kevyn and I had great communication with each other instantly through emails on our smart phones. Fedex kept giving us the run about with the claim, lying to the both of us because they didn't want to pay. They prolonged it for about two months?

Finally, after all fedex's crap, Kevyn decided to just refund me the money out of his own pocket when he didn't have to. It wasn't his fault Fedex broke the tail lights. (they were packaged extremely well. It got chipped from being squished.)

I would definitely consider dealing with purchasing any roto product from him again, and I hope others consider his odds and ends too.
