Efinity- VERY accommodating
I just wanted to take a minute to recognize an outstanding member. To make a long story short I caught the short end of the UPS stick... a beautiful set of tail lights was absolutely OBLITERATED by UPS. Efinity had the lights packaged and shipped by a packing store, who unfortunately did not package them very professionally...With that being said, Efinity has done everything in his power to help resolve the matter. The guy has responded to me via text every day since the incident began; he's kept his word and contacted and updated me with everything going on at the time promised. Although I'm very disappointed with what happened to the product, I take some comfort in knowing this guy is trying his best to come to a resolution for me. He has even offered to take a total loss on the transaction if that's the way it ends up going. We've all heard the horror stories of people that say, "once it leaves my hands, it's not my problem", but this guy chose not to do that and instead to do the right thing. So thank you Efinity.

If UPS packed it then THEY are responsible for the loss and Efinity can claim that on the shipping insurance.
Most packages are insured automatically for a minimum, and if the UPS Store packed it and it got damaged in shipping then they should compensate Efinity.
Good to know you guys are working it out like real men though.
