Just a positive note for IRP and Ihor for helping me sort out all the issues I had after an unhappy visit to Speed1 (more here):

Ihor is always responsive and honest about what's going on, and the car was ready to go when i came to pick it up (you'd be shocked how frequently I've come to pick up my car at other shops and it's not actually ready).
