Ray Crowe (Malloy Mazda).Simply The Best!
I phoned from Canada to speak to Ray,who was unfortunately on Vacation.(but most likely well deserved!).
Anyhow,I left a Voice-mail about a Rubber Vacuum hose that I could not get up here in Canada.
RAY CALLED ME!..Holy Crap!
..If that is Not Dedication about Customer Service I do not know what is!
Phoning Internationally to talk with a customer!
KUDOS,Ray!!..Thanks Man.Keep up the good work!.We need more of ya!

^Of course, he is the parts manager at a Mazda dealership.
He's owned many FC's over the years, and knows as much about them as about FDs

I've purchased multiple parts from Ray for over 13 years. Not often enough for him to remember me but he always has a great attitude and impeccable customer service. There is no place I would rather go for stock parts (unfortunately almost nothing is stock on my car anymore).

After reading some of the Atkins threads on the "bad" section, I ran out to check my wheel bearings that I recently ordered from Ray. As expected - OEM!
He's been amazing, and especially helpful as I worked through this most recent winter's projects: rear bushings & joint refresh, Rear main & flywheel/clutch change, and some smaller items....he even came in clutch when I snapped off a brittle washer nozzle trying to get it clean for state inspection!
