Purchasing my first 3rd Gen

So I find myself once again diving into another rotary project. I have managed to subdue my itch for the 3rd gen due to fear of the mechanical frustrations when introducing the twin turbo. I've owned a variety of 1st and 2nd gens. But the body of the third completes my love for the rotary engine. Its exciting to meet similar people addicted to the smell, sound, and feel of an rx7.

Couple questions:

What are the reliability mods that must be done to any 3rd gens? Keeping in mind not necessary looking for performance additions at this time.

What performance mods (streetability) are the first ones to start with after doing the initial reliability mods?

Where is the best place to purchase body parts.

Anyone from the Soggy State? Washington

Anyone here in the seattle area? I live about an hour north of seattle and trying to build up a contact list for my future project to help guide me as painless as possible in rebuilding a 3rd gen.
