NM Japan2LA, An example of how to treat a customer right. . .

I'm posting this to give my experience so far with Japan2LA,

For the last couple of weeks I have been working with Japan2LA
on purchasing an engine (early 13B 4 port) for my FB. He has been more than honest and straight forward with me the entire time, even through paypal issues he has been more than helpful with me and treated me very well helping to get the paypal issues resolved. After all the bumps in the road when it was about time to ship the engine before it was to go out, he performs a compression test and when on one rotor it showed unsatisfactory compression, contacted me to let me know AND sent a FULL REFUND, because he didn't feel right sending me an engine that may not run right. Though disappointed I'm happy with his honesty and his commitment to provide only a QUALITY product in an industry where a lot of people will rip you off and leave you high and dry he didn't.At this point I am still working with him on purchasing an engine at this moment. If more businesses treated customers this well the world would be a way better place.

TO ALL OF THE BUSINESSES OUT THERE HERE IS HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT! ! !

Japan2LA I appreciate your commitment to your customers. I WILL be doing more business with you in the future.

He was straight up with me through the whole thing and NOT sending a bad motor to a customer says A LOT about his integrity I couldn't help but put up a good guy's thread about him. We need more guys like Brian in our niche market especially with all the rotary shacks and tiger japan directs out there it's good to have guy's like Brian who actually care about there customers and don't just want to screw you out of your cash. Thanks for being straight forward Brian.

Yeah he's a good guy. I had a good amount of transaction with the guy. Most recently he helped me source an engine [non-rotary] to help me fix up a car for my parents. He pulled through and was helpful. As always, I bombed him with questions and he always got back to me with what knowledge he had.

Definitely recommended.

I've had good dealings with him but I know others that have had bad experiences. No one I know of has ever had money stolen or been lied to but sometimes his bed side manner can be better. If that's the only complaint I've heard, I'd say that's damn good.

Supernaut,

I agree more or less with how your putting it.

I'll just say this: Get a part arrival timeframe estimate/guarantee in advance before sending money.
