Just wanted to give a special thanks to Charles, I had a small issue that he made sure take care of. I posted some info on his product I bought. He responded in a very professional manner and took care of the situation as soon as it was brought up. He has a warranty on his products and replaced mine ASAP. I even got a call from him and he explained everything to me and provided a tracking number the day he shipped everything.
