Well I only bought the tps test light from them and they made me feel like they were just another mom and pop business.

yeah they are great people and super helpful. I needed a adapter that was out of stock and they shipped me the last sample they had because I really needed it for my set up.

I ordered an HKS adapter flange from Banzai.The same day I ordered a JGS Wastegate from Oregon.
Shipping to Canada.
I got the wastegate shipped express.
The Flange showed up the Same DAY that the Wastegate did!
SO,Thumbs UP!.quick shipping..holy cow!

 

Even though I emailed them back and forth about sending my old engine to them and even though I never did due to my circumstances, they remained nice and respectful. Love em

 

The Christmas card was a really nice gesture, not to mention their site has tons of useful info on it. Their customer service makes me want to order from them first.

 

I have been buying lots of their products lately from Banzai and i have never dealt with someone that provides good service like they do, quick emails reply and good quality product..couldnt ask for better.

Just orderd some parts from them on Sunday and received them Wednesday. This from Indiana to Phoenix. All I can say is WOW. Incredible customer service!!! Other rotary businesses could take a lesson from them! I'll definitely be watching their product offerings very closely in the future and intend to give them more of my business!!

 

Not sure about the negative above but I've dealt with Chris off and on for 6 years. Really good fabrication on the stuff he makes. I ordered a engine from him for my FD and blew it up (not his fault) and he did everything he could to help. Most guys would just accuse you of messing up the install. Chris just tried to figure out what happened. Great company and better customer service.

 

Great company and great customer service, they replied to my emails crazy fast regarding my delivery.

 

Great Company!!! Every time I've ordered from them the shipping was fast and the communication was excellent. They pack things very well too.

 

There was a problem with my order of block off plates, a couple of them had been mixed up, so I was short one, but after a quick email, they figured out what had happened, they had a replacement plate in the mail the next business day.

When I got it, not only did i get my replacement piece, but a handwritten note of apology.

The folks at Banzai are a class act, and their parts are as high quality as the people.

You folks are a rarity. Keep it up.
