I just wanted to say thank you to a great company. Its one thing to provide great products and customer service, but taking the time to send out Christmas cards to customers truly shows what kind of people they really are. I'm not sure how many cards they send out but taking into consideration the cost of postage being what it is and the fact that I havent spent thousands of dollars with them (yet haha), shows they do notice you.

Same here. It's that extra touch that Chris and Elaine put into their business that means a LOT to me when considering future purchases. When it comes to Customer Service, they've got it down!!

 

I was thinking of making a post about this as well. I also have not spent a lot of money with them so I was very surprised and pleased to receive the card. Thank you BanzaiRacing! Highly recommend them and will do business with them again!
