Rishie is awesome, ordered the superpro bushing kit last week (friday) and got it today (Thursday) and which he also has to pick up some of it for me. Nice guy, great business and great communication.

if you only knew the amount of driving i did in the past week as well.

Picked up SPB from Tein on way home to NorCal weds, then Sat drove back to SoCal to grab our drift car and immediately drove it to Vegas for sunday event. Then after event drove straight back to Socal Warehouse, then drove back home yesterday.

So now i'm back in Milpitas for another few weeks until our next event. WOW!!!!

Customer service is very important to me, no doubt. If ever you're not getting serviced correctly i'm probably on the road, under a car, or getting our track car shaken down.

Oh ya not too mention i run this whole company by myself now. At least for the past 3 years due to the slowing economy.

 

That sucks. But hey at least u're taking care of your customers unlike some other vendors here =).
