Wtf !!! Sealed oil cap with drilled hole ?!?!?!

[Guys i just took over a project and finished the periphal port set up with racing beat weber carb etc... Guy told me he mixes 1 ounce to 1 gallon which is ok i guess but i noticed the oil cap is like seized or shut with a hole drilled at the top ???? Is this something im missing..

looks like the hole is there to vent the crank case, I have a nipple on the oil filler cap on my fb, works great. Try using one of the wrenches with a rubber belt to get off the cap

Those Stant caps are dumb. See about getting an OEM one or a nice aftermarket rotor shaped one.
