Won't Start sometimes. =/

When i have my Fd running for a little bit, then shut it off..after the boost timer shuts off, and i try to turn the car back on. Sometimes there might be a hesitaiton when starting or it wont start all together for a little bit. Maybe a electrical problem but was just seeing if anyone else had any ideas.

How long is a little bit?? Because In FC's you can start it, move it from the garage to the street, than shut it off, sometimes wont crank over right away cause it basically flooded itself. Not sure about FD's cause I never worked/owned one but Im assuming it might be doing the same as an FC ?????

did you install a new alarm? some fds come with a stock alarm system that has starter kill. i had that problem with my r1 and i bypassed the starter kill and ran the new one through. it would crank over three times then stop cranking over period, no clicking or nothin. just a suggestion.
