Fd on pfc, single turbo

So i have been trying to get this car to start on a harness that was made by a shop and I'm running into some issues. All grounds (one near ecu, 2 in engine bay, chassis to motor) are good (one was loose next to ecu when first trying to start). The car turns over nice, but it feels like its in a limp mode, engine won't catch or cough or anything. Just smooth turns from the starter. I didn't even get a hiccup when i sprayed some carb cleaner in tb. The tach doesn't get any signal when cranking so a friend suggested the cas, but then i checked the commander and its reading a steady 220 rpms when cranking. tps,cas,inj's,ign coils,O2 are all thats connected right now to see if it even runs on this harness... Any takers?

 

Update, I tested and I'm getting spark.

 

Pull the harness and check continuity for each wire and connector?

 

That may be what it comes to, i have fuel to the rail, spark, but no start.
