Won't start, please help

I bought my 88 after it had sat for six months and it wasn't running I told the previous owner to get it running so I could test it so he replaced the fuel pump and it ran. I brought it home started it while i looked at some things, turned it off tried to start it again later and it was out of gas. I filled it back up and now it won't start, at first I thought It could be flooded so I pulled the EGI Fuse out and cranked it a few times (Nothing), I then tried to take the Spark plugs out and the EGI Fuse out and crank it for a few times (Couldn't see and vapours but did smell the gas), then I tried to take the upper spark out and put a dab of Transmission fluid in to help with compression (Nothing). I checked to see if I had spark which I do, and to see if my fuel pressure was good and it is. I checked my Injectors with a Noid light and it didn't light up (Only checked one[no pulse] I was in a hurry because i was borrowing the Noid light didn't get to the other injectors). What could be wrong? My injectors/the computer not telling the injectors to work (Keep it mind they were working before I ran out of gas), my Fuel Pump (Could I have sucked some crap from the bottom of my tank up), My fuel filter, or? Gas is getting to the engine but not firing, I sprayed very little gas into the intake and it fired for a split second. Any ideas? Any suggestions would be super appreciated!

If you ran it run then chances are you did suck up debris and should change the sock on the fuel pump and the main filter.
Keep in mind that the car is 25 years old and who the Hell knows when it was changed last.....Right?

Pull the top plugs out one at a time and make sure you have compression on both rotors. I ran one out of gas a ruined apex seal on front rotor.
