ok it is a 87 it has been sitting for a year or so it tries to start but just won't. Sounds like it is going to then does for about 30 sec to 3 min but not consistently about ever 6 tries it turns. Blows white smoke out the pipes not sweet smelling. i will be seeing if it is flooded tomorrow and run that then try new plugs fuel filter new fuel and sea foam any suggestions on how to get her running quickly

 

gotta take it one step at a time, start with spark plugs and wires
then ignitor, coilpacks etc etc, there's a troubleshooting flowchart on the FSM too, you should pick one up.
