Wiring turbo s4 to turbo s5 swap

I have an 87 turbo 2 it had no motor trans or engine harness when I bought it. I had trouble finding an 87 13b for it so I purchased a 89-91 with ecu harness trans my car had the 332 ecu and the dash harness and the rest of the front end harness don't match the s5 ecu or engine harness. what are my options to wire this engine into my car?
