does anybody have a wiring diagram/conversion chart for (a 86 N/A to 91Turbo 2 Jap Spec) the engine harness to the body harness? or know of any websites to go to and get them???

The wiring harness for the engine to the body harness is completely different. It can be done, so why not grab a FSM and check out the headache for yourself? http://www.iluvmyrx7.com/

If you're determined to do this swap, best of luck to you; it's a big pain and you'll most likely end-up swapping the body harness in the process (and that is a BIG job). The better way to do the swap is to use a S4 (87-88) harness and computer (since it plugs right in with a few minor differences), and convert the S5 block over to S4 sensors/electronics. its too late to turn back the motor is in the car at the shop. they got some conversion charts to wire the engine harness to the body harness. hopefully it will work.
