will an fd motor be good after 6 months

im looking to buy a motor ,the guy who has it said its been sitting for 6 months wrapped and ready to be shipped.what you think,only has 27k miles and was a new motor.

If it was 100% before and was just sitting. Turn it over by hand a few time, It should move pretty easy if not you may put a little lube in the ports and and spark plug holes. give a a wile and than try it again. Also pull the exahust manifold off and you can see the apex seal through the ports, run you finger across them to make sure they are smooth and not damaged. You can go more in depth but that is an easy wat to get it a once over.
