My car used to shoot white smoke out at ~4k rpms, it was ALOT of a smoke. The water temp sensor was broken so i replaced it. Now it still smokes, not near as bad though.

Also when im letting it idle it seems to backfire ALOT, I revved it to 2k and let off and it goes pop pop pop then settles back into idle.

It revs REALLY slow, there is a vid of a WOT in rx7 audio/video that someone took, mine acts alot like it.

Could all this be ignition related?

Ok, i took it for some runs and i guess it cleared it out or something??? It barely smokes now and i am getting my power back. It also revs quicker. Weird lol
