Wideband O2 kits.... How much?

How much do they run, with and without the sensor and guage?

Just testing the waters, but I think I might be able to build them for about $5-600 with the Bosche wideband sensor...

The Tech Edge unit works on my car. The display is easy to mount and the installation is simple. I went with this one because another forum member came over and showed me his PFC/Datalogit/tech edge set-up and proved that it worked perfectly.

The innovate unit it is $100 bucks cheaper but I couldn't get the thing t work consistently for me. The sensor would over heat and the unit would throw error codes after 15 minutes. I tried three differemt units and both the $200 NTK sensor and the cheaper Bosch sensor. I tried everything to get it to work, with out any luck. There is a guy(Rice Racing) on the forum here that has had some luck getting the Innovate unit to work by building a heat sheild/sink for the sensor... The Innovate unit also doesn't have a separate display that is mountable yet. The innovate guys are very good about giving customer/technical support. I just didn't have the best luck.

what outputs does that techedge system include? I understand that it has the output for the optional display, but does it also have another output to run to a computer...like a 0-5V or something?

The wideband I get I would want it to display afr remotely of my computer, but also be able to datalog its readings.

What's the downside on the techedge??

The Tech Edge 2.0 that I bought for +/-$400 came with the box(o2 controller unit), the display and the 10ft cable.

The display is nice and small with big numbers. It's really easy to mount on the dash. I velcroed it to my dash just in front of the VIN plate next to my A-pillar gauages. I will take a pic for you guys. The controller box is placed in passenger footwell under the carpet against the firewall, and out of site.

It has various outputs. The output that I care about is the linear WB output(0~5v) that I input into my datalogit's AN1 & AN2. I just had to "make" a data cable so that I could access the linear WB signal and run my display simulataneosly. Jeff48 helped me with this on another thread: https://www.rx7club.com//showthread....hreadid=246128
Once I read the post from Jeff48, things were really simple to hookup. Feel free to PM with your phone number if you want/need me to walk you through the install or datalogit connection. It's super simple.

Now, "everyday is a dyno day" to quote "hyperion"(AKA: Chris)
