Not it's not. White smoke on start up means your water seals are going. You will need a rebuild soon. SMOKE on start up is normal because when cold, the motor runs/idles very rich.

i think your right boss..

it has gotten worse!
it smokes heavily like im doing a burn out lol

after a good warm up and some driving it then goes away. This only happends with the first start up of the day or if i start it up in between long periods of hours of it being off.. ex i work @ 8am and @ 5pm i go through it all over again.. But if i use it for a day it only smokes for that warm up start up..

for a second there i was thinking i may need new spark plugs since when i first turn the car on it takes a second for one rotor to catch fire and thought it was all that build up..

its not when i pour coolant.. its every first start up =(

cooling seals gone if your always adding water into the system and if you have overflow comming out of your overflow tank you have blown seals for sure.
And alot of white smoke like a smoke screen then it sounds like you also have blown oil controll rings!
Time for a rebuild
