whats hot whats not

anybody have an idea what is considered hot for a rotary?
what im asking is temp wise ie 220 deg 230 etc thx . i did a search and couldnt find exactly what i was looking for thx 4 your help

You're talking about coolant temps right? It shouldn't get about the factor thermostat rating, which I believe is 195.
