what oils and stuff should i use?

i have a 93 rx7 and i run on weekends and drive it daily. what is the best oil and transmission fluid for my car..(manual)? and what other liquids am i missing ??

Penzoil Synchromesh for the tranny, any good gear oil for the diff, castrol GTX 10w-XX for the motor, any coolant that is safe for aluminum and you should be fine.
