Whats the best store bought oil I can run for a ported 12a rally engine? Thanks for the replys,

I'm surprised you didn't get seriously flamed for asking this question. It's been discussed ad nauseum many times on these forums. For just about any application in an RX-7, including modded and ported engines, run a high quality dino oil in 10W-30 or 20W-50. The oil of choice seems to be Castrol GTX. I have run Havoiline in both my 7's, 10W30 in winter and 20W50 in summer, and both have lasted a long time. Change oil every 2500 to 3000 miles.

For the Xmission and rear end, run a high quality synthetic 70-90 like Neo, Redline or Royal Purple.
