Question What do you think of my engine pic's?

I just got my cosmo engine tonight and took a few quick shots of it. I'm wondering if there is this silicone from the factory inbetween the housings and irons? Also WTF is the deal with this weld looking thing on my rear rotor housing? Do others have this?

hmm that looks like a j-spec cosmo?? do i get a prize? how about your upper intake manifold

Thats a heat tab to tell if you ran it hot if you ever return it.

Nah... look above the trailing sparkplug on both sides. Looks like someone welded there or something.

Hmm so you saying my "low mileage" j-spec cosmo engine has been rebuilt? But still has anyone seen that weld looking **** on there rotor housings?

here show you a over all pic of the engine.

You putting that motor in your FB? Thought the twins where ECU controlled? Man i wish I was where you are id come over and help

Gonna be doing a swap on mine and Id need an extra hand
And SEVERAL bud lights

PS dude that look DEAD up like black silicone. Ive never seen that on ANY factory motors... Myabe the SOB has been ported and rebuilt
