What could the problem be?

i was on my way home when the car started to overheat and the add coolant started buzzing. i pulled over and checked it out. i had no coolant at all. i checked the oil and sure enough there was my coolant. what is the most likely problem. and should i rebuild or buy a new motor.

since nobody has replied....

i am not sure exactly what this problem is (bieng a rotary and i dont know much about them) but on a normal piston engine it means you blew a head gasket and possibly cracked the head. now on the normal engine, you could tear it down, check the damage and if caught early enough you can rebuild. im guessing you can do the same with a rotary. it should be roughly the same problem.

wow

wow
damn that doesnt sound like a good thing at all
you have no idea where the oil is?
and the coolant was in the motor
that doesnt sound good at all
im hoping for your sake your engine didnt get harmed
have u drained the oil/ coolant and did a tune up i.e put coolant in the radiator then oil in the engine
if it runs good then your lucky if not
i think you might have damaged the engine

Lightbulb Problem with gas

A little old lady goes to the doctor ... and says, "Doctor, I have this problem with gas, but it doesn't really bother me too much. They never smell and are always silent. As a matter of fact, I've farted at least 20 times since I've been here in your office. You didn't know I was farting because they don't smell and are silent." The doctor says, "I see. Here's a prescription. Take these pills 3 times a day for seven days and come back to see me next week." The next week the lady goes back. "Doctor," she says, "I don't know what the hell you gave me, but now my farts ... although still silent... stink terribly." The doctor says, "Good! Now that we've cleared up your sinuses, let's start working on your hearing."----------------------------------Do you look for free wow gold? Welcome to our WoW gold website:1.WoW gold,2.WoW gold,

no i have oil... but i also have all my coolant mixed with it in the oil pan. i can still start the car it just overheats really quickly. when its running it sounds like thereis only compression in 1 rotor...when i rev it up at anout 5500rpm itsounds like both rotors are firing. i think im just gonna buy a new motor but turbo

coolant seals are gone, rotaries are prone to it. Your probably looking at a rebuild.

+ 1 and you are looking at a rebuild just to see if it's the coolant seals or one of the plates where the seals rides sometimes the wall gives in!
