i really can't tell it looks like gas with water but i'm not really sure, the car was sitting for a couple of months, i tooked the plugs out and krank the engine so i can get rid of the **** inside, then i cleaned the plugs and checked them for spark and they're good, put them back started and it wont start, then i'll take them out again and they're wet, first the gas pump wasn't working, i checked the pump manually and it worked, checked the relay its good, unless there's a fuse somewhere else that i don't know, but there's gas going through so i will apreciate some help thanks.

Sounds like rebuild time? Are you noticing coolant loss? If you are it is deffenitly rebuild time!
Also when my plugs get wet from gas, after I clean them they will never run for long if at all. If you dont notice coolant loss try doing what you did before but instead of cleaning the plugs, change them.
