walboro 255 install question

Well tonight I removed my stock fuel pump and unwrapped the walboro 255 pump that I got off ebay last year.. Ya I know kinda slow on the expection of the pump. Anyway I was under the impression that the walboro was a drop in pump. I have to lugs that tie to the stock pump and the new pump has a connector on it that I will have to splice in.. my main problem is the new pump has a + and – on it and I have no idea which of the lugs is + and -. My main question is does it matter.. When I replaces the pump in my pick up It didn’t.

Car is a 93 RX

Thanks

Tek

you can you the pump and wires the same way you see them. the - would be the ground which is on the side of the pump casind itself and the + would be the connector from the top. jus replace it the same way your old pump came out. yes it does matter. lol
