Useable Rotor?

This is a rotor from my cosmo. I know it looks pretty bad, but do you think it is useable. The housing was not, but I wasnt sure about this one.

It looks not too bad to me, take a dremel and smooth out the dents, so no sharp edges are left. Double check the apex slots for any damage, and side seal fit as well. If they are good, then I'd say use it! I've seen much worse get re-used without problems!

Hmmmm. I am planning to use my 8.5:1 rotors which are nearly flawless, but the lighter weight of these make me want to use them. I think I will probably play it safe with the 8.5s

Yeah go with the 8.5's, you'll have alot more power at higher boost levels.
