Tore down my engine to find it'd been rebuilt at some point with 3mm rotors but has two piece double spring apex seals that look identical to oem FD 2mm seal but obviously are 3mm, anyone know what brand they could be?

 

Mazda makes a 3mm seal. Maybe that's it.
