underhood temps?

Does anyone have any idea what the average underhood temps are around the OMP on all models?

I mean to say an average of all models lumped together and probably a max on a turbo model.

I plan on designing an OMP to replace any model and would need to find a material that would withstand the temps. in this area.

Thanks,

M

If the MOP is made out of metal/aluminum, then all you need to worry about is the o-rings holding up to the heat. Since rubber o-rings are used throughout the engine, I don't see a problem.
