Twin/Tripple Disk Clutch Setup

I have a twin disk clutch masters clutch that has given me problems since day 1.
I think because the stack of disks is taller, my stock pivot ball and fork aren't allowing it to release.
Anybody have any experince modifying these to work with your twin or tripple disk clutch?

I recall Bumpstart doing a Fork mod.
it involved a washer in the Divot where the Plunger sits in the Fork, rather than taking the trans off.
The washer gives it a "little extra" leverage when the plunger hits the Fork.
