Angry Turbo II running hott please help

Ok, i've posted on here a few times and never really got any feedback, but hopefully someone will atleast try and help me out.
A little back ground on the car. 88 GTU with 91 Turbo II conversion done by myself.
Modification are the motor is Street Ported, 3 Inch Racing Beat downpipe, RC 550 injectors "primary and secondary" Venom Fuel pump, Fluidyne radiator with E-Fan, Type S BOV. profec B spec II boost controller, and Cork Sport ECU. i'm sure theres a few other things im leavein out but oh well.. I've been told that the car should run at temp. rangeing from 200-210..i have an autometer temp gauge also. i drove the car around the neighborhood for about 15 mins just to warm it up, and the temp. was about 215-225...i've bled the radiator, topped off the fluids, removed the Thermestat thinking the old one was bad, and still runs hott. The hoses, both top and bottom expand alot, i've been told that since i'm running open downpipe it could be causeing it to run hott cause its running to rich? I dont kno what else to try, so if anyone knows y or has any suggestions i would very much appreciate it
Thanks,
-Ryan S.

hey, it's got a massive Electric fan on the radiator pulling the air through...took the stock fan off. I have the temp. gauage hooked up to the temp sensor right next to the oil sending unit right by the spark plugs...the car is running really hott tho because the hose's expand real bad and the aluminum radiator gets really hott after running it around for about 15 mins..i mean the electric fan stays running at all times... if the car is running the fan is running, i just dont understand why it overheats so bad, when the car was N/A before i did the conversion, it ran hott, but that was due to a defective radiator, and the Fludyne is basically brand new, so i kno thats not the problem. I've just never had much luck with the car for the 4 1/2 years i've owned it. but if u have any suggestions it would be very much appreciated and i thank u for ur help already

I would suggest right-off the bat, check your water-pump and thermostat.

look under the front of your car, you should not be able to see your radiator from underneath, theres a black plastice undertray in the way

the undertray protects your radiator and engine from road debris and scoops air into the radiator

How do you check the water pump without taking it out?

^ one way is to... without a belt on it, spin it by hand, and push it in an out, <It shouldn't move in or out much, if it does it might have bearing failure, it also might be leaking. When you spin it, it should spin like something with a bearing in it. Shouldnt have any junky noises.
