Turbo II Problems

On my buddies 87 Turbo the Engine wont start. There is plety of battery power. and it is turning but not starting. I'm verry sure it's not flooded. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!! Before I go crazy.

If it has fuel, and ignition and still won't start then you should get it compression checked.
pull the spark plugs and point it to a ground post and make sure they fires.
Check the fuel and see if there is correct fuel pressure and working injector.
If there is fuel and spark, and compression is just low, you might try the ATF trick too.

Check if you have spark and fuel.
If you do, it should start or, at least, want to start.

My best guess is that your car is flooded or at least was flooded (compression is reduced due to fuel washout). In that case, I would do the more involved unflooding procedure, the 1 that involves putting some oil into the chambers. I am sure you can find the exact procedure by doing a 'search'.
