Trouble Starting

Hey, new to this forum and looking for help already. I'll get straight to it.

My alternator died on my 87 rx7 and I barely made it home that night as my battery died. It got to the point that the headlights were almost non existent and the car starting sputtering as i pulled in to my driveway. So I picked up an alternator, replaced it over the weekend, charged the battery and it started right up but then stalled. I started it again and it held steady. I figured it was just a fluke but now every morning when I start it, it lights up but not easily and then stalls, after that I can usually get it and keep it running.

I'm figuring the plugs got screwed up, but my experience with cars is not that great, so I'm looking for other opinions on what might be going on.

Thanks

Mike

That's the way I always drive It seems to drive well except for the hesitation at 3800 but that's nothing unusual. I'll probably swap the plugs regardless but if that doesn't help then I'm looking for other ideas and I'm open to what anybody has.

Non-turbo by the way.
