Trouble with new fuel pump

Hey guys. I swamped this fuel pump but I think I did something wrong because no gas is coming out of the hose that goes to the carburator. Please help.

If the pump is turning on, then most likely you have the fuel hoses on wrong. Good luck.

so i figured out the gass lines then i found out that the gass pump wasent pumping at all so i switched to the stock pump. it works but when i conect it to the regulator the gass wont go trough it at all i tried both fitings on the regulator. do you think the stock pump is not strong enough to push trough the regulator? any help would be awsome thank you.
