Question Trailing spark

How strong is the trailing spark supposed to be? Everything in my ignition system is now new or verified. I pulled the trailing wires today and set them in the manifold with new plugs in them. Started the car. Could BARELY see spark in one of them and NONE in the other. The coils are clicking. The MSD's are blinking. To verify I hooked up a timing light to all of the wires. L1= strong. L2= strange. (dont they fire together???) T1= weak, intermittent, not lined up with the timing marker on the main pulley. T2= not existant. Possibly that water damaged Magnetic Signal Stabilizer? This is driving me up a wall.
