timing marks on 13b 6 port

oh guys getting ready to unleash the beast.
question. what is the stock timing mark in degrees on the 13b 6 port? I want to go to 27 total at 4k rpm. so is stock at 10 degrees at idle meaning I advance 17 degrees on the timing light to get 27 total on the leading timimg mark at 4k rpm? I have been told 16 degrees max on trailing also where I want to be. Am I just looking for trouble with these numbers or will it help my tune more? It seems really strong right now a/f ratio's are where i like to see them daily driving was just looking for a little more. I know there are many opinions just like to hear them all.

Thanks guys
Joe

do search on Paul Yaw so you can add timing marks on your 6port pulley.

AFAIK the stock marks for 1984-91 are 5 and 20 ATDC
( the pulley will be black )

this is a 15 degree split,, if you use calipers set on this gap you can project two further marks,, clockwise from the TDC mark

these will be 10 BTDC and 25 BTDC,, and will be handy enough to set up the full load timing
