Throwout bearing

I just changed my clutch pressure plate and t/o bearing. It is still whining. Im pretty sure it isnt the syncros because it stops when I push in the clutch. Does the t/o bearing need to break in? Or does anyone know why it is still doing this?

Did you apply a little grease to the t/o bearing when you installed it. Also, is it a stock Mazda t/o bearing. I have heard you should ONLY use the stock bearing. Unless the whining is overbearingly loud, I would not worry about it. Mine whines a little bit all the time, stops when I push the clutch in too.
