to swap or not to swap

Alright the good-solid shell all new hoses, fuel lines and most sensors have been replaced. The bad is the engine has 157, 000 miles and chassis. THE UGLY-perfect compression on front rotor...zero on rear. Not intending for this car to be a daily driver by any means. Please give me feedback on best solution. Thanks

What exactly is your question?

Rebuilding the engine will be MUCH cheaper, and straight forward, than trying to do an engine swap..

Rebuild, its not that difficult. Buy a big plastic tote and jug of Dawn dishsoap, lots of hot water. Clean it in the back yard. Put it back together.
