Lately, I've encountered this weird electrical problem. Whenever I hit the brake pedal, >75% of the time the CD player turns off. It only happens when I'm moving, though. The battery and alternator have tested fine. I plan to clean up some grounds and add some new ones, but I'm not so sure if this is the real culprit.

Any ideas?
